Returns and Exchanges

Boot Returns

We recognize how important the fit of your boots is and we try to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. You can return items purchased from www.crispius.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

You should receive a free return shipping label included in your package. Please use that label to send the items back as long as they have not been worn outside and are still in brand new condition with the tags attached. (Free return labels are only provided for the lower 48 states and parts of AK.)Boots that have creases, scuffs, dirt and debris on them will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back.

Please do not use the Crispi product box as the shipping box. Use the return label to cover the original label on the corrugated shipping box.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different product/size, please include a note on the packing slip stating what product/size you would like to exchange for and include it with the return shipment.

Refunds

If you would like a refund for items purchased, write 'Returning for Refund' on the packing slip and include it with the return shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to be processed.

Note: Please try on boots indoors with the socks and or insoles you intend on using in the field. Once the boots are worn outside and the tags are removed they will not be accepted as a return. Fit is not considered a warranty defect by Crispi or by our dealers.
